When people ask me what it's like to work with people who struggle with self-doubt, worry, and any other way that Anxiety shows up, I often tell them, "I love working with people who are anxious because they are very intelligent and think a lot AND the biggest challenge of working with people who are anxious is that they are very intelligent and think a lot" 😳😬😂
So in the spirit of "how do we get out of our heads and into our lives", I am curious about something....
What are your mental blocks?
You know that thought or feeling that keeps haunting you AND convinces you to play it safe and not take any action toward your goals. (*as a side note, worrying is not considered a bone fide action step 😜)
